DELIVERIES

All deliveries will be processed within one working day. Please note 24HR Shipping does not guarantee next day delivery.

RETURNS

If you have received an incorrect or damaged product then please contact us so we can arrange for a replacement to be sent out.

If you have changed your mind regarding a purchase, then please contact us within 14 days of purchase for a refund. If you contact us after this time we may not be able to accept the return.

Goods must be unopened - we cannot collect or refund products that have been opened because we will not be able to re-stock / re-sell them.

We can arrange for the collection but there will be a £15+ VAT collection charge . Please note that even if we are delivering to you again there will still be a collection charge - collections and deliveries work separately with the courier we use (DPD). You can also arrange for the delivery of goods back to us using your own courier.

It is customers’ responsibility to check their orders upon delivery.

If an order is incomplete, incorrect, or damaged please contact us asap and no later than 14 days after the delivery to be able to resolve the issue.

Pallets – the return of orders coming by pallets is subject to a 25% restocking fee. If the goods are already with the haulier at the time of cancellation, a return charge will be also applied (based on delivery address).

WHAT DO WE MEAN BY 'WORKING DAYS'?

If you have ordered before our 12:00 cut-off. The 1st working day is tomorrow (Monday – Friday).

If you have ordered after our 12:00 cut-off then the working days begin the 1st working day after tomorrow (Monday – Friday).

Working day means Monday – Friday excluding bank holidays.
